Calypso Developer:Experience in developing and maintaining solutions for the Calypso 16, 17, 18 Java based application.Should have understanding of Java based Calypso framework and functionality.Expertise of Java base calypso platform, architecture and understanding of trade life cycle.Excellent experience and hands on: Engines, Messaging, Workflows, ReportsGood understanding of Scheduled task, static data, message setup and configuration.Experience in Hibernate.Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skill.Expertise in coding and unit testing.Good experience in writing SQL queries.Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.Ability to work as part of a team or individually on a project.Calypso BA :Description/Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, document development user stories and acceptance criteria. Leverage extensive Calypso Domain expertise to design and configure tailored Calypso solutions to meet business needs. Create detailed current and future state solution documentation, including detailed process flow diagrams, to effectively communicate and secure buy-in from internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with the Calypso Development team to ensure the delivered functionality meets business requirements and delivers value. Collaborate with the Calypso QA team to develop and execute test cases, ensuring the quality and accuracy of developed functionality. Collaborate with Automation Engineers to establish automated regression testing coverage for developed functionality. Actively participate in functional testing to verify that functionality meets business requirements. Provide training, support, and procedural documentation for Calypso business users. Requirements: General: 3+ years of experience in documenting business requirements and translating them into development User Stories. Self-motivated individual who takes the initiative to thoroughly understand existing business processes, system integrations, and dependencies. Ability to quickly grasp business concepts, objectives, and processes to establish trust and credibility with stakeholders. Proficiency in Atlassian tools (JIRA and Confluence) and Microsoft Office Applications Knowledge of Agile/SAFe software development practices. Calypso Specific: Extensive experience in a Calypso BA capacity, preferably involved in Calypso Upgrade projects as well as migrating from legacy applications to the Calypso platform from initiation to completion. Experience with Calypso versions 16.1 onwards, ideally with Calypso V17 / v18, In-depth experience with the following areas in Calypso Bonds Swaps Money Market Advances Letters of Credit Equity Workflows & SDIs Accounting Task Station Corporate Actions Scheduled Tasks ERS Reporting Static & Reference Data Experience with the implementation and support of Calypso Limits & Compliance Module. Financial Services: Proficiency in Fixed Income, Derivatives, Advances, LCs and Equity products, with the ability to clearly articulate their workings and lifecycle events. Knowledge of Derivatives Clearing affirmation processes. Understanding of MBS products and structures
